Booking information
Check-in is possible from 2 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 10 AM on the day of departure.
If you pay in full for two guests, you receive a discount for the third person based on age:
0–2 years: -100%
3–5 years: -60%
6–11 years: -30%
12–99 years: -20%
The third bed is a sofa bed.
We charge a short stay surcharge for reservations less than 7 nights.
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before the planned arrival.
- From 2 to 1 months before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
- From 30 days to 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
The entire booked stay will be charged for late arrival or early departure.
In general, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
You have the option to pay your bill in cash, by EC-card or credit card (Maestro or Visa).
The prices are exclusive of local tax.
Ski passes can be purchased directly at our reception desk.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung (European travel insurance).
All our rooms and the whole hotel are smoke-free. The balconies are available for smokers.
